Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000
Total Compensation Potential: $100,000–$120,000

Eagle Staffing Company is recruiting a motivated Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) for a high-growth organization. This is a 100% remote, phone-based, outbound sales role ideal for a true hunter who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, and building pipeline—without closing deals.

This role offers strong earning potential, clear expectations, and long-term stability for sales professionals who value mastery and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to new business prospects
  • Re-engage existing customers to identify expansion or upgrade opportunities
  • Introduce products at a high level and assess interest and timing
  • Navigate gatekeepers and confidently engage decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria (timing, budget, decision-maker access)
  • Document activity and outcomes in Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Submit qualified leads to senior sales consultants for follow-up
  • Maintain consistent daily activity and follow-up cadence

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of B2B outbound, quota-carrying sales experience
  • Strong hunter mindset with comfort handling rejection
  • Experience selling a tangible product preferred
  • Backgrounds from Paycor, Paycom, ADP, Xerox, Cintas, or similar a plus
  • Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
  • Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
